1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a669l ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, and related features available at a669l.io and any associated mobile-optimised URLs (collectively, "the Services").

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) a669l account. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods are used — is a violation of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, a669l reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or completed transactions across those accounts.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on a669l are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). a669l does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not facilitate cryptocurrency transactions of any kind. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi financial institutions as listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may be updated periodically. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

a669l offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, the welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer at the time of its availability. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Registering under a false identity, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward a669l customer support staff or other players in any communal game environment.

a669l cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally regarding any investigation into suspected criminal activity involving the Platform. Where legally required, a669l will disclose account information, transaction records, and communications to competent authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the a669l Platform — including but not limited to the a669l brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software code, marketing materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of a669l or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any a669l intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publish, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of a669l. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a669l, its directors, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings due to service interruption, technical error, or network failure.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
